Stress Can Make People Forget
When someone is very busy or the stress of work that piled up, sometimes it becomes forget certain things or can not answer questions of others. Why stress can make a person forgetful?
One fact that there is stress can inhibit the brain's ability to learn something new, or remember things that long.
When someone is trying hard to remember, the more it will not be given. So if someone sometimes felt 'blank' when under stress is something normal.
Another thing that often happens is if someone had given up thinking about it or relaxed condition, then the thing to keep in mind it could suddenly appear in the mind.
As quoted from Health.com on Thursday (12/02/2010) when someone is busy or stressed, the brain is trying hard to focus on doing those things. These conditions make access to other memory becomes obstructed, so that someone be forgotten.
During a person's stress, the body responds by releasing hormones that can trigger physical changes as well as the heart muscle to beat faster and tense. If a very depressed person sometimes can be a sweat, despite the ambient temperature is not hot.
Hormones are released into the bloodstream during stress also affects the brain and one's ability to think or remember something. These conditions make someone forget to remember things that are detailed or even simple things, like the friend's name beside it or what it will do.
Constant exposure to stress can cause damage in the hippocampus of the brain regions, whereas the hippocampus is an important brain structure associated with declarative memory and also the fact.
For that if it is feeling stressed, try to relax by doing a little stretch, walk around for a while, drinking water, or relaxation techniques such as closed eyes, breathing techniques and also sit back while leaning.
Do not be too often stressed because of the greater pelupanya.
